** This is a new operation located in Laredo, Texas. New hire orientation is
projected to be in August*
* Position Details:
Monday to Friday 3:00 pm – 12:00 am (weekends/holidays as required)
* $19.66 base rate
Major Responsibilities:
* Various office and administrative duties, which may include handling accounts
payable/receivable and collections, office supplies, maintaining database and
miscellaneous reporting
* Involve yourself in the safety team as required by location
* Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position
requirements
* Communication with drivers, operators, customers on site, and leadership team
* Daily use of Outlook, Excel, and Blue Yonder
* Look for missing product in storage locations
* Work with checkers to ensure accurate receipt of inventory
* Audit inbound receipts, both physically and through receipt documentation
* Accurately input required data elements into WMS and various other
applications
* Audit existing data for inaccurate data
* Accurately identify, log, and document potential damages
* Assist with daily and weekly reports
* Other projects and tasks assigned by supervision
