Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Business Administration (with major coursework in accounting), or a related field; plus five (5) years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory or project coordination role; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Business Administration (with major coursework in accounting), or related field. CPA Certification.
