- Provide administrative support to departments and senior executives.
- Verifies customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness of information.
- Contacts customers directly if there are questions regarding customer information, pricing, delivery, and other concerns.
- Enter orders into ERP system for processing, proofs data entry documents for accuracy.
- Maintains the Customer Service Discrepancy Claims Log.
- Updates information in the company database as required.
- Answers phones, screens, and directs incoming calls or visitors to the appropriate individual or department.
- Sorts and distributes inter‑office mail.
- Assists in the preparation, compilation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports.
- Coordinates travel arrangements and catering requirements for the executive team.

- Participate in company community relations activities as directed.
- Fulfills sales literature requests.
- Runs errands as needed.
- Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Two (2) years of clerical or office experience
- Preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Create complex spreadsheet models, interactive dashboards, customizable templates and pivot tables.
- Proficient in MS Office programs including Word and PowerPoint.
- Previous data entry experience, accurate typing and math skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
- Flexible team player with excellent great interpersonal skills, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Good analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as computers, fax machines, copiers, and calculators.
