SummaryResponsible for supervising personnel and overseeing clinic protocols ensuring overall patient satisfaction by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Effectively manages employees including staffing, payroll, monitor/approve time off, conducting disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.*
- Implements and monitors office policies and procedures.*
- Ensures compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws, and ethics.*
- Keeps track of equipment and devices and manages inventory.*
- Communicates with patients regarding inquiries and complaints.*
- Manages and reduces cancellations and no shows.*
- Adjusts workflow for clinical optimization.*
- Responsible for ensuring all encounters are locked.*
- Ensures proper compliance with human resource requirements.*
- Uses supply chain tools appropriately.*
- Maintains focus on quality and cost of care measures within HEDIS, PQRS, PCMH, and Meaningful Use.*
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree (B.

B. S.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
