Summary

Responsible for supervising personnel and overseeing clinic protocols ensuring overall patient satisfaction by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Effectively manages employees including staffing, payroll, monitor/approve time off, conducting disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.*
  • Implements and monitors office policies and procedures.*
  • Ensures compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws, and ethics.*
  • Keeps track of equipment and devices and manages inventory.*
  • Communicates with patients regarding inquiries and complaints.*
  • Manages and reduces cancellations and no shows.*
  • Adjusts workflow for clinical optimization.*
  • Responsible for ensuring all encounters are locked.*
  • Ensures proper compliance with human resource requirements.*
  • Uses supply chain tools appropriately.*
  • Maintains focus on quality and cost of care measures within HEDIS, PQRS, PCMH, and Meaningful Use.*
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.
