As a Payroll and Client Services Expert, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional payroll support, technical assistance, and training for our valued clients and internal teams using the UKG Ready platform. You'll have the opportunity to enhance the experience across various modules including Payroll, HRMS, and TLM. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who is skilled at client communication, backend system configurations, and operational processes.
You will manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. In addition, you'll conduct client training sessions and support additional product integrations as needed while taking on various tasks assigned by management.
- Strong technical proficiency with the UKG Ready platform, including training capabilities, problem-solving skills, and data import expertise.
- Preferred certifications: FPC or CPP.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a Payroll Service Bureau setting.
- A degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Payroll, Tax, Garnishments, 401K, and Health Benefits.
- Familiarity with TLM Pay Calc 2.0 is a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Excel with advanced skills in functions, formulas, pivot tables, and V-lookups.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and facilitation skills.
- Able to thrive independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks while adapting to shifting demands.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Client-Focused Service: Maintain a proactive customer service approach, anticipating client needs, ensuring ongoing communication, and addressing service requests promptly.
- Business Development: Actively pursue opportunities to expand POA business by identifying potential sales leads.
- Client Management: Oversee a designated book of business, ensuring satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Training Coordination: Organize client training sessions effectively within your client portfolio.

Participate in client hand-off meetings with the Implementation Team. - Relationship Building: Foster positive working relationships with POA leadership, coworkers, and all clients.

Salary Range:
The expected pay range for this role is $24.00 to $34.00 per hour, based on experience, relevant skills, and geographic location.
