What You’ll Do:
Coordinate Core Operations:
Process transactions for healthcare, life insurance, and pension and retirement plans.
Deliver Exceptional Service:
Serve as the trusted contact for employees, retirees, and beneficiaries via phone, email, and in-person consultations. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
Ensure Compliance:
Review case files for accuracy and compliance with plan documents and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with HR leadership, benefits analysts, and healthcare vendors to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Maintain Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive personal, medical, and financial records with strict privacy standards.
What You’ll Bring :
Experience:
1–3 years of professional HR office experience (benefits experience strongly preferred).
Communication & Care:
Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
Tech
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
Problem-Solving & Detail:
Ability to spot discrepancies, route cases accurately, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
