** Shift** : 7:00 am to 5:00 pm ( flexible to work till 7:00 pm)

** What's a typical day as a Call Center / Customer Service Representative?
** You'll be:
- Answering incoming calls from the public regarding election-related inquiries and providing accurate, non-partisan information.
- Assisting voters with updating their voter registration records and changing party affiliation as permitted.
- Informing voters about polling locations for early voting and Election Day while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor.

- Can perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
- Are willing to work overtime with little to no notice, adapting to rapidly changing priorities.
