Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM;
Alternating Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

As a primary point of contact, you will serve as a friendly greeter and ensure the efficient handling of customer orders. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Order Processing: Accurately detail incoming garments for the processing facility; upon return, verify and organize orders on racks at your store.
- Customer Excellence: Act as a "Customer Pleaser" by providing welcoming service and proactive problem resolution with professional follow-through.
- Operations: Manage basic daily computer tasks and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Positive, kind, and respectful communication with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of order handling
- High level of reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks
