Resolve customer issues, concerns, escalations, and inquiries via phone and email;
Review and resolve assigned issues and inquiries and maintain mandatory queue coverage;
Serve as communicator between Customer Service and Key Accounts and assist with department mailboxes;
Assist with overflow calls and rush deliveries and manage order entry for Esprigas;
Support problem solving and escalations within the department and collaborate with other teams
