Call Center Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Shift: Must have open availability for any shift between 7AM-7PM
Position:
Temporary
Join our call center team as we serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls only! You'll answer incoming phone calls in a high-volume phone queue, assisting the public with a variety of inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from the public
- Assist with registration questions
- Provide information about voting locations and hours
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor at all times
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Customer-first mindset and non-partisan approach
- Zoom Meeting: 9/22 @ 10:00am (link will be sent to selected candidates on 9/21)
- Start Date: 9/29 to December (Varies by call volumes)
- Dates: 9/29-10/6
- Time: 9:00am-4:30pm (1-hour lunch)
