The Overnight Lead (Member Services Representative) at Planet Fitness is responsible for creating a positive member experience by delivering a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests. The Overnight lead will be responsible for traveling to different Planet Fitness locations to assist with overnight shift duties.
Greet members and guests, check in members, sign up new members, give tours, and update member accounts.
