Join our dynamic and thriving dental practice as a Dental Assistant at Great Expressions Dental Centers.

• Assist our experienced dental team in providing exceptional patient care
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post‑treatment care
• Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow
• Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately

• Previous dental assisting experience or relevant education is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in dental software and technology is a plus

• Connecticut: certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays
• Florida: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH Permit)
• Georgia: CPR certification, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification, and proof of formal training to expose X-rays
• Massachusetts: CPR certification, proof of formal training to expose X-rays, BORID certification and annual CE requirements as required by state regulations
• Michigan: evidence of X‑ray training certification upon hiring; an 8‑week period is granted if certification is not yet obtained
• New Jersey: proof of X‑ray training
• New York: not applicable
• Ohio: proof of formal training to expose X‑rays (including FDOH Permit)
• Texas: CPR certification, TSBDE: TX State Board of Dental Examiners
