Job Summary

HCA, USA’s leading healthcare provider and the largest health system in the country is looking to expand its HCA Florida Largo Transplant Program. HCA Florida has more than 650 affiliated sites of care with 49 hospital campuses, many surgery centers, urgent cares, and physician practices throughout the Sunshine State.

We seek a full-time Transplant Surgeon to join our fast‑growing HCA Largo Transplant Center. Our Program has tripled its volume over the last three years and is on pace to perform over 75 liver and 75 kidney transplants this year.

• American Board of Surgery eligible or certified; completed an ASTS Transplant Fellowship.
• Training and experience in liver and kidney transplantation including live donor nephrectomy and live donor kidney transplantation.
• Experience in live donor liver transplantation, hepatobiliary surgery, and robotic surgery experience is desirable.
• Strong experience in kidney transplantation and program development is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; fosters relationships with referring physicians; enjoys a collaborative environment with a supportive team of liver and kidney transplant specialists.
• Mentoring students, residents, and GI fellows from multiple ACGME‑accredited residencies and fellowships; clinical research opportunities available.
