ASAP Pay Rate: $260000.00 - $300000.00 Outpatient Primary Care clinic in Orlando offering an excellent work-life balance within a true value-based care model. Why this opportunity stands out: $260K $275K base + up to 20% bonus(up to 300k potential) Mon Fri, 85 (no nights or weekends) 1518 patients per day Small patient panel ( 537) more time per patient Focus on senior population & quality outcomes Minimal call This is a great fit for physicians who enjoy relationship-driven care and want to practice in a supportive, team-based environment.
