Job Description
  • Delivers formal Professional Education courses.
  • Develops and/or modifies assigned Professional Education courses per guidelines on designated subject areas to be used in education and training conducted in various/ blended learning settings.
  • Creates, reviews, and updates course syllabi, identifies and incorporates reference materials.
  • Utilizes the full capability of knowledge/course/learning management systems and instructional strategies toprovide a rich learning environment with scenario-based learning, simulation sand gaming, analytical problem solving, social processing and team collaboration, critical thinking exercise, and other strategies.
  • Develops and maintains guidance on certification training.
  • Supports course development and implementation.
  • Designs, oversees, and coordinates hands-on training exercises.
  • Designs, develops, and maintains complex training materials utilizing the systematic approach to training from the analysis phase through evaluation.
  • Develops innovative and effective training performance improvement solutions.
  • Teaches a range of subjects as needed.
  • Prepares managers and executives to lead their workforce through customized learning solutions.
  • Designs workshops of various lengths across a myriad oftopics.
  • Develops participant training materials.
  • Administers various assessments.

Education/Experience Substitutions:

Associate’s degree + 3 years relevant experience or 4 years relevant experience. Professional certification in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
