• Travel to customer locations to pick up parts and perform on‑site service.
• Repair, troubleshoot, and break‑fix computers, desktops, laptops, and printers in both business offices and residential sites.
• Use personal vehicle to travel within 50–70 miles radius of the pickup location and be prepared for extensive driving (up to 300 miles per week).
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct and adhere to Dress Code and customer communication standards.
• Be available for overtime work and contract terms as required.

• CompTIA A+ Certification (current or expiring), Dell or other vendor certification is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with laptops and desktop computers (good knowledge of hardware and operating systems).
• Experience performing break/fix repairs.

• Background check and driving record review required after job offer.
• Completion of Dell online certification training (free).
• Contract agreement and company policies must be accepted.
• Bi‑weekly pay for approved hours.
• Mileage reimbursement details to be discussed.
• Candidate should arrange backup vehicle in case of breakdown.

• Standard pay rate plus mileage reimbursement.
