• Lead the Hardware team, interfacing directly with Chief Engineers, Program Managers, and other Cross Product Team Leads (CPTL) to prioritize tasks, define scope, and ensure technical goals are achieved.
• Take ownership of technical project execution through Design & Development activities into Production.
• Present project status to multiple levels of Leadership and the customer.
• Work as part of a cohesive team with Test Engineering, Product Engineering, System Engineering, Software Engineering, Program Management and Operations.
• Maintain and oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) as a Cost Account Manager (CAM).
• Break down Work Packages and tasking for execution.

• Experience in Agile EVMS/CAM.
• Experience in Systems/Hardware requirement and artifact breakdown.
• Technical expertise in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years of related experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience.

• Active DoD security clearance.
• Professional experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira).
• Experience with Windchill Common Product Data Management (PDM).
• Experience in electrical product development.
• Experience with 2D and 3D mechanical drawing tools (Creo Parametric).

Salary range: 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.
