R Customer Service Representative (Open) –

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product/service information and determining appropriate service actions.
• Coordinate logistics for service, CO2 fills, and rush deliveries, including providing ETAs and liaison between customers, Service Managers, Area Beverage Managers, drivers, and Accounts Receivable.
• Provide non-technical customer support, handle next-level service issues, and conduct basic troubleshooting calls.
• Maintain excellent follow‑up skills to advise customers on response methods and time frames for service requests.
• Assist with special projects, process documentation and updates, email/portal order processing, and departmental training initiatives.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in Google suite applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and a demonstrated ability to utilize financial applications within SAP.
