Key Responsibilities for the Financial Aid Specialist
- The Financial Aid Specialist will welcome and advise prospective and current students through the financial aid process, ensuring clarity and support at every step.
- Collect, review, and submit required financial aid documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
- The Financial Aid Specialist will deliver initial loan counseling in group sessions and individual meetings.

Qualifications for the Financial Aid Specialist
- At least one year of financial aid experience, ideally within a clock hour or technical school setting.
- Basic understanding of federal (Title IV) financial aid processes and regulations.
- The Financial Aid Specialist must have strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with diverse student populations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
