Job Overview
Location:
Largo, Florida, United States of America – 30‑hour work week.
Compensation: $22.00 – $27.75 per hour. Additional details available upon request.
Responsibilities- Accurately complete everyday banking transactions on teller line or platform.
- Open new accounts and educate customers on all banking products and services.
- Provide end‑to‑end advice, build trust, and advocate proactive insights.
- Use TD systems to engage customers, acquire and deepen relationships.
- Determine customers’ financial needs, promote relevant products or refer to experts.
- Process debit card/credit card issues, Regulation‑E, mobile and online banking.
- Manage self‑generated leads, partner referrals, campaign leads, outbound calls, SMS, appointments, and lead prioritization.
- Maintain product knowledge, listen actively, and identify additional needs.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel client meetings to control wait times.
- Represent the first point of contact for inquiries, walk‑in traffic, and customer resolution.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Complete required training, risk and control programs, audit and regulator requests.
- Keep accurate records and action plans.
- Cooperate with team members to meet group goals and uphold brand values.
- Act as dual control agent when required and follow all open/close procedures.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adhere to the Bank’s Code of Conduct and shared commitments.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum one year of customer‑facing experience (volunteer, education, military preferred).
- Demonstrated customer service, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Teller experience preferred; completion of teller training and part1 platform training upon hire.
- Strong organizational skills; can handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Notary license preferred.
- Background check and compliance training required.
