• Provide professional services including haircuts, color and highlights, waxing and specialty services.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with quality consultations, and perform requested services in a professional and efficient manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and education; the company supports attendance at seminars and recertification to stay current with trends.
• Utilize proprietary tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results.

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understand guest needs, and perform services accordingly
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, closing out procedures, and light housekeeping duties

• Standing for sustained periods of time
• Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms
• Continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level
• Exposure to various chemicals and fragrances used in performing services
• Ability to observe guest hair, including close vision and color vision
• Ability to communicate with guests regarding services offered and requested
