The Front Desk Coordinator at FL CENTER FOR GASTROENTEROLOGY, B17, serves as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment. The coordinator will maintain accurate patient records and contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting, preferably in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities
