Bay Care - - Responsibilities:
Perform sterile compounding and ensure compliance with FDA, DEA, Florida Board of Pharmacy, OSHA and other regulatory entities;
Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding including medication, supplies, ordering, receiving and equipment maintenance;
Complete and document cleaning and monitoring activities for sterile compounding areas (daily, weekly, monthly);
Maintain didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding;
Efficient, accurate and timely preparation, compounding, labeling, and delivery of pharmaceuticals to assure patient satisfaction
