Bay Care Home Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive home health services to patients in Largo, St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park and surrounding areas. This full-time, exempt role offers a Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 a.m.
– 5:00 p.m.) with occasional weekends and no on-call. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise PT Assistants, coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team, and manage discharge planning.
