, we’ve been treating patients like family since 1961. Now we’re looking for an Experienced Ophthalmic Technician to join our expanding team in Largo, FL. • Patient Care & Testing – Perform accurate work‑ups (3.5 patients per hour) and key diagnostics:
  • Visual acuity, manual lensometry, visual fields
  • Applanation tonometry, motility evaluation, pupil testing
  • OCT, corneal topography, visual fields, A/B‑scan, fluorescein angiography
• Surgical & Clinical Support – Assist in minor procedures while maintaining sterile technique
• Patient Flow Management – Keep clinic running smoothly, triage emergencies, handle prescription refills
• Equipment & Admin – Maintain instruments, stock exam rooms, support supply audits

• High school diploma required; college preferred
• 3–5 years’ experience as an Ophthalmic Technician (preferred)
  Certification required: COA, COT, or COMTStrong communication, organizational skills, and detail orientation
  
  Nextech EMR experience a plus
