At SYNERGY Home Care of Seminole, we're looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors and individuals who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Service Area:
Largo, Florida.
What you'll do:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Accompany clients to their appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)
- Follow care plans and agency protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Current CPR certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Recent TB Test Results.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Must have strong communication skills.
