• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes as an OT.
• Conduct skilled assessments and visits to evaluate patient needs.
• Create and manage individualized care plans to promote optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes.
