Promote a collaborative, compassionate environment utilizing the latest technology to deliver impactful rehabilitation services.

Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Lead and support the occupational therapy team by assisting with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct, personalized patient care to facilitate recovery, building meaningful relationships and celebrating patient progress. Promote a collaborative, compassionate environment utilizing the latest technology to deliver impactful rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordination.
  • Deliver patient-centered care tailored to individual needs.
  • Foster team development through training and communication.
  • Ensure procedures and treatments are seamlessly implemented.
  • Build positive patient relationships and support their rehabilitation goals.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Current licensure or certification per state requirements.
  • CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
  • At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with two years of clinical practice.
  • Professional certifications and Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility are preferred.
