Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview:
Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, assisting with daily operations such as scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs, and help them achieve recovery goals. Celebrate patient victories and ensure personalized, compassionate treatment using advanced technology in a collaborative environment.

• Support the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and daily activities.
• Deliver direct patient care, fostering patient progress and satisfaction.
• Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments.
• Promote a positive and supportive team culture.

• Current state licensure or certification as required.
• CPR certification (obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.
• Preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications.
