Seeking a leader to oversee the occupational therapy team, ensuring seamless implementation of treatments and procedures. The role involves providing direct patient care, developing personalized recovery plans, and fostering positive relationships to support patient progress. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations on daily team functions, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments.

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy
• CPR certification (must obtain within 30 days if not already certified)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with two years of clinical practice
• Experience with therapy clinical ladders or specialty certifications preferred

• Assist in daily therapy operations and team management
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to support recovery goals
• Celebrate patient progress and victories
