Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Lead and manage the occupational therapy team, ensuring effective implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Provide direct therapy, build strong patient relationships, and support recovery goals. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, training, and communication.

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years clinical experience
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications preferred

• Supervise daily therapy operations and team coordination
• Deliver compassionate, personalized patient care
• Support patient recovery and celebrate milestones
• Collaborate with hospital departments and staff
