Role OverviewAs a Medical Office Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients while supporting front-office operations and ensuring a positive, efficient patient experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing front desk operations including check-in and check-out
- Scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries
- Collecting payments and supporting revenue cycle processes
- Handling patient inquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Entering patient information and maintaining accurate records
- Utilizing computer systems to manage schedules and workflows
- Supporting communication between patients, providers, and care teams
- Performing clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience
Required:
Six (6) months of experience in one of the following:
- Healthcare setting
- Customer service
