Role Overview

As a Medical Office Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients while supporting front-office operations and ensuring a positive, efficient patient experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing front desk operations including check-in and check-out
  • Scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries
  • Collecting payments and supporting revenue cycle processes
  • Handling patient inquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Entering patient information and maintaining accurate records
  • Utilizing computer systems to manage schedules and workflows
  • Supporting communication between patients, providers, and care teams
  • Performing clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience

Required:

Six (6) months of experience in one of the following:

  • Healthcare setting
  • Customer service
