Occupational Therapy Team Leader
Role Overview:
Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring effective implementation of treatments and procedures. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to facilitate recovery and celebrate progress.
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication. Deliver personalized care tailored to patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs.
QualificationsCurrent licensure or certification per state regulations, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program, and a minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice. CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire. Specialty certifications are preferred.
Skills and AttributesStrong leadership, compassionate patient care, effective communication, and teamwork. Knowledge of therapy techniques and technology in a collaborative environment.
