Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview:

Lead and coordinate a team of occupational therapists to deliver personalized, compassionate care that supports patients' rehabilitation goals. Assist in daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to understand and address their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate patient progress and ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments.

• Current state licensure or certification required
• CPR certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or professional certifications preferred

• Support therapy operations, including team scheduling and training
