Occupational Therapy Team Leader

• Lead and support the therapy team by assisting with daily operations, scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.
• Deliver direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to understand individual needs and facilitate recovery.
• Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments, celebrating patient progress.
• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to optimize team performance and patient outcomes.

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years' experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including at least two years of clinical practice.
• Active participation in Therapy Clinical Ladder or professional certifications preferred.
