Occupational Therapy Team Leader

As a Team Leader for Occupational Therapy, you will support daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Your responsibilities include providing direct patient care, assessing individual needs, and guiding patients toward recovery milestones. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Therapy Operations and foster a compassionate, personalized approach to care.

The role requires current licensure or certification, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in therapy, and at least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with clinical expertise. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications and active participation in therapy professional ladders.
