Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview:
Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless operations, personalized patient care, and achievement of recovery goals. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations on team scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, building strong relationships to understand and address individual physical, mental, and emotional needs.

• Assist in daily team operations and coordination.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy services.
• Support staff training, orientation, and communication processes.
• Celebrate and track patient progress and victories.

• Current state licensure or certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including two years of clinical practice.
• CPR certification (required or obtained within 30 days).
• Preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications.
