Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Lead and coordinate the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations such as scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to support recovery and celebrate victories. Utilize specialized skills to deliver compassionate, personalized treatment aligned with patient goals in a collaborative environment.

• Support therapy operations in collaboration with the Director of Therapy Operations
• Deliver direct patient care and assess individual physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Promote patient progress and recovery outcomes
• Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments
• Foster a supportive team environment and facilitate staff development
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certification, and safety standards

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy
• CPR certification or obtained within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
• Preferred: active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications
