Occupational Therapy Team Leader Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview:

Lead and manage the occupational therapy team, ensuring seamless operations, effective treatment implementation, and personalized patient care. Provide direct patient care, build strong relationships, and support recovery goals while assisting the Director of Therapy Operations with scheduling, training, and communication.

Oversee daily team activities, foster collaboration across departments, and celebrate patient progress. Ensure adherence to procedures and deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy.

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in therapy from an accredited program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
• Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility (preferred)
