- Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in implementing procedures and ensuring seamless treatment delivery.
- Build strong relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
- Current state licensure or certification as required.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
- At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.
- Preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications.
- Compassionate, collaborative, and dedicated to patient-centered care.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to professional growth and adherence to safety standards.
