Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in delivering personalized, compassionate care to patients during their rehabilitation journey. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering rewarding relationships and celebrating patient victories.

• Supervise therapy staff and ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments.
• Guide patients toward their rehabilitation goals through specialized therapy skills.
• Coordinate team activities, training, and communication across departments.
• Support clinical operations and contribute to a collaborative environment.

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or with relevant professional certifications preferred.
