Seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the occupational therapy team within a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations such as scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.

Providing direct patient care, building meaningful relationships, and supporting recovery goals are key duties.

Celebrate patient progress and ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments.

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
• Preferred:
  Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Team collaboration and organizational skills
