The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role within the day-to-day operations of the Company and directly impacts the financial and operational success of the business each day. The Human Resources Business Partner supports the full range of functions within the Human Resource Department including recruiting, intake & onboarding, HRIS data management, benefits & leave administrations, workers compensation and training.
Critical to the entire Wendover platform, this Team Member works closely with all Wendover departments – but particularly Operations & Finance.

The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with the Head of Operations and CFO and will lead major personnel initiatives while playing an integral role in traditional HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities- Creates, generates, and maintains records relating to Human Resources activities
- Recruiting and Intake
- HRIS Data Management and Payroll Calculations
- Benefits and Leave Administration
- Administers and maintains workers compensation filings and compliance
- Generates and maintains organizational charts, attendance sheets and requisite filing
- Schedule, track, and report on Training and Learning activities
- Provide direct support to Team Members on topics of HR, Operations and Office Administration
- Supports special events with scheduling, planning, set up & tear down as needed

- Bachelor’s Degree & strong academic background
- 4+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or higher
- Professional exposure to manufacturing compliance regulations
- Fluent English speaking & reading is required
- Spanish speaking & reading is preferred
- SHRM-CP and PHR certifications preferred
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and general proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong ability to create & follow standardized processes.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
