Pride Staff is partnering with a well-established, fast-paced industrial manufacturing organization in Pinellas County to find an experienced, hands-on Human Resources Manager. This role is 100% onsite.

Overview of the RoleThis is a comprehensive, multi-faceted HR leadership position requiring a professional who enjoys wearing many hats. You will oversee everything from day-to-day employee relations, insurance, and talent acquisition to high-level compliance, annual reporting, and plant safety operations. Salary is going to be based on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain fair and compliant HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee federal, state, and local regulatory reporting, including EEOC tracking and annual agency filings.
- Manage benefits administration and 401(k) programs, utilizing a strong understanding of commercial insurance systems to lead annual benefits and business insurance negotiations.
- Direct the facility's safety programs, ensuring strict adherence to OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and environmental hazard standards.
- Conduct regular safety tours and maintain all required workplace safety documentation and incident reports.
- Serve as a grounded, accessible resource to support and advocate for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Leader within a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and commercial insurance/benefits structures.
- Strong, practical familiarity with plant safety regulations (OSHA, hazard communication, facility compliance).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with a fair, balanced management style.
- High proficiency with modern HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a proven ability to independently manage competing priorities.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $85,000.00
