Training Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Create a bootcamp training (theory and hands‑on) starting with Mount and Wire and Coils Brazing.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires and temporary employees.
• Track 30‑60‑90 day training completion and give close attention to new employees.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to improve employee retention by identifying training skill gaps with existing employees and increasing employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar and be the owner of Alchemy Training Software.
• Develop content for training and recertification by job class and area.
• Track individual performance and maintain an up‑to‑date skill matrix for the plant with accurate records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
• Supervise operations trainers within a manufacturing environment.

• University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of six years of related experience.

• Reduction in production errors and rework.
• Improved audit scores and compliance readiness.
• Increased employee engagement and retention.
• Enhanced operational flexibility through cross‑training.
• Stronger safety performance metrics with new hires.
• Improved Voice Survey scores on safety, quality and OTD.

Salary range: $85,200 - $127,800. The exact salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and market data. The role offers a competitive bonus plan that accounts for individual, group, and corporate performance, and a competitive benefits package.
