• Work within the Security Engineering domain and as a part of the larger enterprise engineering effort, operating within a custom, air‑gapped, Department of Defense IT network on a daily basis to perform advanced support and direct deployment of new capabilities at a sustained rate.
• Demonstrate your ability to create and present materials to convey concepts and ideas to a wide range of audiences.
• Work primarily onsite in a closed‑area environment with occasional off‑site opportunities.
• Create, follow, and update system documentation, schematics, operational guides, and procedures.
• Interface with other teams to help define, determine, and implement cyber risk posture, cyber risk mitigation, and information assurance throughout the enterprise IT service portfolio on a sustained level.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

• Solid background in Systems Administration using Linux and Windows desktop and server operating systems (Windows 11/Server 2022/RHEL).
• Experience with enterprise configuration and patch management using automated tools such as Microsoft End-Point Configuration Manager (MECM) and WSUS.
• Understanding of traditional and current on‑prem enterprise IT systems and technologies and their impact on the security of ICAM, secure enterprise messaging, enterprise logging ingest, cyber situational awareness, and protection, including endpoint detection and response.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., CISSP or Security+), with the ability to maintain the certification.
• Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance with SCI eligibility required prior to start date.
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Proficient knowledge of Enterprise Identity Management applications and design, including LDAP (e.g., Active Directory) and PKI.
• Experience with various computing hardware and software platforms, including servers, workstations, and supporting various COTS software applications.
• Experience maintaining Windows servers and troubleshooting software applications.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls, including knowledge of firewall policies and rulesets.
