Position Type: Onsite (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person)
Security Clearance Requirements- Active and transferable DoD Secret clearance required prior to start date.
- System Administration:
Administer and maintain Microsoft SCCM/Endpoint Configuration Manager. Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, create and manage collections, packages, task sequences, and deployment policies, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. - Technical Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end‑users and internal teams. Respond to system incidents and service requests, and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues. - Security & Compliance:
Implement and maintain security best practices. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments in accordance with NIST
800‑53, and ensure compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements. - Backup & Recovery:
Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies, perform regular data backups, ensure data integrity, and test disaster recovery procedures. - Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures, and generate reports on system performance, security, and compliance.
- University degree and minimum 5years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and minimum 3years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship required to qualify for security clearance.
- DoD Secret clearance needed on day one.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator with RHEL and Windows environments.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall management, and network security.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, ESXi).

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD. Additional incentive programs may apply based on level and business performance.
