• Partner with sales leadership to maximize schedules and boost conversion.

• Proven experience leading a call center or high‑volume customer service team.
• Strong leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and accountability mindset.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• $70,000–$95,000 compensation based on experience.
