As the Warehouse Supervisor at Monin, you will supervise a team of talented warehouse associates to process, package, and ship syrups, purees, and flavors following Monin specifications. We have passion and commitment to quality, and we hope you do too! As a suitable Warehouse Supervisor, you should be able to train and supervise warehouse associates. An added responsibility for you in this role is the ability to plan, coordinate, and organize.

• Plan, organize and supervise in daily warehouse operations
• Train and supervise the performance of assigned warehouse employees
• Control perpetual inventory stock counting and inventory accuracy checks
• Ensure that goods inward and stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business
• Ensure incoming product is receipted, recorded, located and managed appropriately according to company procedure
• Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize cost and maximize working capital
• Provide routine management information on inventory performance
• Monitor and evaluate consumables usage and cost
• Monitor and evaluate material utilization and scrap
• Be responsible for managing and running planned cyclic stock checks
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of stock management system
• Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved
• Understand and follow the quarantine policies and procedures and store this product and material separate from all other stock

• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Must be flexible and able to work in all departments within the warehouse
• Scanning and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Push, pull, lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for self and coworkers
